Terrible Experience. Previously known as Build with Wilson, this was a builder that argued with me through the entire process of building the home. A lot of the work was unacceptable and requires rework. As far as the home warranty, expect any issues to take anywhere from 1 month to 1 year to even be addressed.I really could write a novel on all of the issues that I had with Joel. Plenty of pictures and text messages to prove it too.**UPDATE 11/14/2018**Upon multiple demands that I remove this post, I agreed to do so upon completion of some issues that I am 'still' having with my house.
