They are such a great lawn service with a wonderful customer service. Always willing to please. Our lawn looks great love the weed men!! Flash forward to the end of summer 2023....I fired them. One day they claimed they treated our property. This was impossible since our backyard was impassable with two inner locks on the back gates! When I received the bill I quickly fired them.
The techs truly care and wxplain to you what they are doing and what to expect. Their customer service team is so polite and professional. They are very helpful and seem to care about their customers being happy and knowledgeable
I don’t normally do surveys, but I just have to share my gratitude to the staff at Weedman for their excellent service. They are always friendly, professional, answer all my questions and have recent have been working with me on a problem area of broadleaf weeds and nut grass in my yard. They have been very prompt about showing up more often to getting them under control.
