I was so impressed with the kindness of this salon! I am a stylist at a nearby salon and we had a gas leak that required us to turn off our dryers on a busy day. The owners of the salon allowed us to use their dryers to dry our towels so that we could still take our clients. They didn't have to do that and I've known other salon owners who would never have helped out another salon like that. I'm so thankful for them!

I had to find a new hair place in my city and actually chose this place because I was home for 2 days before leaving to go out of town on a travel contract. I have definitely found my new hair place and hair gal in Huntsville. Great location, and a fabulous salon. I love my haircut. Everyone there was great. So glad I took a chance and made an appointment.

In this impressive salon, which provides over-the-top excellence in delivering to its clientele their desired results, in tandem with a rejuvenating spa-like experience, the impact of the receptionist/scheduler (Nathaly) can slip by unnoticed. This review is about Nathaly. As the first one to greet you upon entering, Nathaly is the "face" of The Masters Salon team. Warm and engaging, stylish and genuine, beautiful and service-focused, Nathaly epitomizes the quality and care of this exceptional establishment. She regularly goes 'the extra mile' to makes things right for both clients and her Masters Salon team members. Earlier in the week, I shared by phone a concern about finishing at the salon in time to keep an important appointment. Without hesitation, Nathaly reassured me I needn't worry and advised that I'd be "done at 12:15pm." Yesterday, as I checked out at the salon, I looked at my watch. It was 12:14pm! Thank you, delightful and knowledgeable Nathaly. This is just one of several examples. Nathaly's acumen and skill are foundational to excellent service that she offers in an engaging and unassuming manner. While she imbues efficiency into salon scheduling, Nathaly also cares deeply about each client's experience and helping make the lives of busy clients better. For me, engaging any length of time with Nathaly subtly shifts and brightens my view of the world. Simply put, associating with her is a delight. In my observation, Nathaly fosters in clients what The Masters Salon is ultimately all about...something beautiful, but that is beyond beauty and often ephemeral. It's about capturing (or re-capturing) a 'joie de vivre!' A joy, a love, and valuing of the glory of life. That, one's joie de vivre, is a genuine inner beauty that shines, beautifully and from the inside, out into the world. Thank you, Nathaly! Keep doing what you're doing. Please don't change a thing!
