We are new to town. My dogs were very anxious when we arrived. It was a pleasant drop off. Dogs were THOROUGHLY cleaned. My little dog was so nervous, she went potty AFTER she was clean and they bathed her again and were so very nice about it. That shows me that they have sympathy, love, care, and understanding.
