“Was looking into getting my 1st tattoo and I have a bad fear of needles and almost fainting when it comes to them. My best friend was flying in and wanted to get matching tattoos so I asked a few of my friends on who they would recommend which was Warren at Brass and Iron! He did an amazing job on both of our tattoos and made sure to explain everything that he was doing to make me feel more comfortable and allowed me to lie down during the process because I was worried about fainting! He also did an exceptional job at taking my friend and I's ideas on our tattoos and making them a reality! I highly recommend him and not only that but Jordan and Turtle also made great conversation while we were getting the tattoos done which helped keep my mind off of the tattoo! In other words it truly made the environment feel very welcoming! I really appreciated the patience that Warren had for me! Honestly when I have my next idea idea I will Be coming back here! “On a whim, I went here today to get two lobe piercings. I've been following this shop for awhile and felt that this place would be able to do what I was looking for. I did find their pricing on their website before I entered the business, which I found to be very helpful. Their pricing is up to date online. One of the ladies helped me get situated with the consent form, the jewelry, and aftercare. The piercer, Dani, is professional and keeps a very clean station. She listened to what I was looking for before the actual piercings - I was getting an area repierced but a bit higher up. She made sure I was happy with the proposed areas. The jewelry had been sterilized and she was very quick with getting the job done. She answered all the questions I had. She also gave me a pamphlet with everything that was done today and made sure to go over the aftercare itself. What I found to be awesome was she said to come back in a month to ensure everything was healing properly and to downsize the jewelry backing if needed. I found this to be pretty awesome because it's an extra step I wasn't expecting and I find it to be thorough on their part, showcasing their dedication to the customer. I'm very happy that I came here. On a side note, the lady that helped me with the consent form gave me some great feedback on jewelry - suggesting a smaller size based on the location and ear size. She also answered some questions about tattoos. She recommended someone to me at the shop to check out so I'll be following up on that. The tattoo area is an open concept but each artist has their own area from what I could tell. A pretty awesome atmosphere, comfortable vibes. Definitely recommend giving this checking this business out.“
