If I could do over, I would not use this company. Mike Pilotte is not reliable, seldom return any calls and it is almost impossible to get system support. The seldom have any office staff even though the post office hours. I've been waiting over 7 months for a replacement item and over 2 months for someone to fix my internal sound system with no resolution to date.I regret vesting my trust in such an unreliable company!!!!
