I’ve been coming here for many years since moving to Huntsville. Each experience has been great except my recent visit. I scheduled my appointment a week before, 8:30am appointment, they did not arrive to open shop until roughly 10am. 6pm and i am still in the chair getting my hair done. The newest employee stood outside almost two hours on the phone. Very rude and unprofessional. Although i’ve come here numerous of times this experience was very unpleasant and i will not tolerate or support such disrespect. Great work, great quality but very poor customer service.
The ladies at Sunshine are professional and quick. Everybody was friendly and made sure I had a positive experience. This was probably one of the best hair salon experiences I’ve had in a while. Scheduling was easy and hassle free. The pricing stayed consistent and the braids are neat. If you’re looking for someone to braid your hair in Huntsville I would recommend Sunshine ☀️
Don't like the area that this Salon is located in and if you go expect to wait to get your hair done. The customer service sucks. When you walk in they don't even acknowledge that you're there. My appointment was at 9:30 and I was told I had to wait on some more employees to get there before I could get my hair braided. I waited probably a couple of hours or so if not more before my braids were even started. It had gotten dark by the time I left. I also told the lady that I wanted shoulder length braids and that didn't happen. First impression is a lasting impression.
