The repair person used several long screws, brackets to reinforce the wood. beam. Later came back to plaster and paint. The same area beam is separating again and the brackets and screws are no longer holding and therefore, the sheet rock is splitting where the two separate pieces of beam meet. My wife and I built a Stoneridge Home in 2017. Our home is located in Midtowne and we love it. The build quality is great and we live in a great neighborhood . We loved the whole process. They made it easy. From the design center to closing was a seamless process. Great experience.

We have recently built home with the Stoneridge Homes and are extremely satisfied with our choice of builder. We would like to thank all the members of the Stoneridge Homes. However, we want to give our special thanks to Ms. Kim Wright, Ms. Angie Griffin and Mr. Van Wales. Our home is the first painted brick house in the Moore's Creek subdivision and Ms. Wright designed it which is really awesome. Whenever if we had any issues she listened to us patiently and resolved them.
