Brianna & Spencer certainly made my appointment a pleasant one. When I initially arrived I was greeted by Spencer who was extremely kind, professional and friendly. The office was busy but I absolutely loved the fact that Brianna came out of her current appointment to greet everyone that was waiting and to provide an update and apology for the wait. I had never seen that happen anywhere so that showed that they care about making a good first impression and providing outstanding customer experience.
