Our carpet had not been professionally cleaned in several years and was quite dirty. Jaylen did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet as well as three pieces of furniture. He was cordial and professional. Chemical cleaning was so much better than washing the carpet.
The person who came out today to do the cleaning was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable. I was so impressed with the way he cleaned a carpet. For carpet cleaning, I would definitely recommend Safe & Dry.
They arrived on schedule and provided plenty of information on the procedure and the standards. They were able to resuscitate my ancient barber carpet.
