Mark Manosky went over and above. He sent countless days helping us find a home, did all he could to make the offer and purchase process as stress free as possible. When he was unavailable his father Mike stepped in to show us homes. Mark stood by us and and dealt with a very unique situation with the sellers when he did not have to . I can’t say enough good things about this realtor.
Mike was exceptional to work with, and was always available for us through emails, text and talk. We are moving from another state and didn't know the lay of the land, so Mike helped us find all the right people from securing lending to inspections to landscaping. I appreciated that he gave us options for everything too...helpful without being pushy. Mike didn't just drop us after the sell either, but continued to be a resource for us getting settled in. He proved himself to be very trustworthy and a man of integrity. We would highly recommend Mike Manosky to anyone looking to buy or sell in Northern Alabama!
