Dr. Brack is by far one of the best optometrists I have ever seen. He was very patient with me and was also able to answer all of the questions I had in laymens terms. Jordan, Alan, and Marcus were excellent technicians. They were knowledgeable, kind, and had positive attitudes. They all played a part in walking me through the eyeglass process, as I hadn't purchased glasses in over 7 years. Highly recommend!

I want to share my experience at Marx Optical. I initially visited the clinic feeling frustrated and almost ready to give up. My previous optometrist, who was not affiliated with Marx Optical, had refused to conduct an RX check on his prescription because I had ordered my glasses elsewhere. Expecting to pay out of pocket for my exam at Marx Optical, I was pleasantly surprised when the team informed me that I didn't have to, my insurance would cover. During my exam, I expressed my frustrations to Dr. Brack about not being able to see properly.
