As a local elder law attorney, I often work with families in both the burial process as well as the pre-planning process.I have found Laughlin Funeral Home to be very easy to work with and compassionate to my clients.I also want to say a little bit about John Michael Chappell in the pre-planning area. I often use his services to help my clients purchase pre-paid burial items, plans, and contracts. He is always responsive, up-to-date, and very easy to work with for both me and my clients.I highly recommend Laughlin. There is a reason they are so well-known and regarded in this area.
This is truly a full-service funeral home. Having to bury a loved one is an emotional event but I must say that the professionals and the entire staff at Laughlin made a stressful situation as seamless as possible. Immediately after the first phone call was made to Laughlin, our family was well taken care of, from guidance through picking out a casket, to the intricacies of a meaningful service and very importantly to our family, coordination of military honors. Sarah and Ronnie were unbelievably efficient, taking care of the paperwork, obituary, death certificates etc., etc. I don’t think that people realize what is involved in working through a loved one’s death.... read full review
I (we) are so grateful for you exceptional care that you gave to us during our time of grief. You did so much to take care of every detail. We didn’t even have to think about what steps to take to make it a beautiful tribute to mom and dad. We will always be grateful for how we got to say our goodbyes and the peace you gave to us.
