“Superior Roofing: excellent in all that they do!Our home was built in 1986. Our roof was last replaced in 1999.This year my roof developed a leak. Interior drywall was wet in the upper floor of my home. I met with several roofing companies and watched several roof replacements in my area. Roofing crews oftentimes may do installations without a crew supervisor.Michael, the owner of Superior Roofing, stood out from the several representatives who evaluated my roof. He pointed out that not only were there leaks on the upper floor of my home, there were also leaks along the soffit, some hail and wind damage to the shingles, and siding. These leaks had drained water into the outer portions of my home along the soffits. As he suggested, this proved to be the result of poor installation of some flashings performed by some prior roofers over the life of my home.I filed an insurance claim and discovered that they would replace my roof!I chose Superior Roofing. They helped choose color and texture while also providing great timing of replacement. Michael worked well with our insurance adjuster. He introduced me to his site supervisor who has over 30 years of experience. This man, another Michael, was pleasant, thorough, thoughtful & conscientious. He explained that he provided onsite direction during the roof’s replacement and participated in key parts of the project. Meeting this Michael increased my confidence that Superior Roofing LLC was a great choice!For replacement of our roof, they brought a team of 13 men to replace our roof. They arrived at 0730. From start to finish, they worked as a TEAM! It was clear they enjoyed working with the site director.After completion, they thoroughly cleaned up and completed the project BEFORE Sunset.Then a hard rain arrived……the roof is intact and our home is dry!“

“Amazing company from meeting Jim for a quote to John doing the work. Jim didn't sell me anything I didn't need. I thought I was going to have to replace the gutters. But Jim inspected them and all that was needed was some adjustments and some extra down spouts in order to get the overflowing water out of the gutters. Everything is working great. John who did the work explained everything as work was being done. John even worked in the periods of rain. Cleaned up after and was a real joy to chat with. This company and their employees give white glove customer service and the price was great.“
