The environment was peaceful. Kaelah made me feel welcome, from the greeting at the front door. She made sure I was comfortable, played great soothing music, and answer all my questions. She will talk to you while serving you. Just to make sure you are relax and she not hurting you. It was my first experience, and I fall in love. She has definitely gain a top loyal costumer. Loved my classic facial and eyebrow shape up/tint. She had great products for my skin (leftover pregnancy melasma) and took great care to make sure I was comfortable after each new product. It was my first ever facial and she answered all my questions and made me feel so pampered. My eyebrows look great and it's been so nice not having to draw them in every morning. I will definitely be back!
