The technician, Chad, was great about staying in touch, installed our fence early, was on time every time and spent time training our dog and us on using the fence. We are very pleased, highly recommend!
I've had DogWatch for around 20 years now at 3 different homes. It's amazing and the customer support is great! At the moment, I have 2 very smart but stubborn German Shepherds that each figured out on their own how to run very fast through the shock zone without getting shocked since it is designed to emit a warning tone before shocking. By the time the shock would occur, they would be on the other side. Chad came out and put another collar on them that doesn't give a warning. It worked and both of them now stay in the yard - even when I take off the collars and forget to put them back on for a little while. I recommend DogWatch to anyone with outside... read full review
Dogwatch of North Alabama installed our underground fence and we have been so thankful for it. We have had to have it repaired a couple of times from having yardwork done at our home. They have always replied very quickly as well as gotten it repaired quickly. I highly recommend DogWatch of North Alabama.
