Diane was absolutely awesome. We began looking for a home months ago, and, although we only had a vague sense of when we were going to move, Diane still helped us. When we had a more solid time-frame, she was quick to help us find our home. We hit a few snags (usually homes that were already under contract with the listing agent not saying anything about it until we were wanting to make an offer and other such nonsense; not Diane's fault), but we eventually found the most perfect home imaginable.
