Always been timely and professional -- even when we've needed them to come out on the weekend. Both office staff and techs have always been nice and willing to answer any questions we've had. Anytime we've had needed work done on our system, they've let us know options, taking the time to explained them to us (pros and cons), and have always been reasonable in prices. Will be our first call for our HVAC for the foreseeable future.
Great, fast, and efficient service! Low on freon, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Going to use them for my 2 time a year maintenance, quoted me an excellent price for my 4 units.
Craig Comfort Control was able to get us booked the same day we called. Michael arrived on time and accurately diagnosed a problem. It wasn’t the problem showing up on the motherboard, but was an obvious issue that needed to be fixed and could be contributing. The part was on the truck and promptly changed. He did a great job and we would definitely call them back for additional services.
