I experience a Quantum Breath session with Christina that was healing, balancing and unique. I had not experienced breath work with the types of music she played, which really took the work to the next level for me. The music reinforced the breathing patterns she skillfully navigated me through, as she vocally gave me confirmations supporting the blocks and stagnations I was addressing. I breathed into my body a beautiful balancing flow of energy throughout the session, which ultimately left me feeling energetically, emotionally, and physically restored, renewed and clear. The service I received from Christina was intuition coaching!If you are at all interested in fine-tuning your intuition, I would HIGHLY recommend Christina. After my sessions with her, I have gained new belief in my own intuition, along with helpful tools and insights that I carry with me daily. She was adept at assessing my needs for this service and fine-tuned for me personally, while also providing structure and accountability. I am very grateful for her gifts in this area and can’t wait to see how she keeps positively impacting others!
Christina is amazing! I had a reiki secession with her and while I was curious didn't know exactly what to expect or what I would experience. She was detailed and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Not only did she throughly explain everything to me but also made sure all of my needs were address. Highly recommend !
