My home warranty company assigned them to me after two other companies failed to show. Castle called me and scheduled a time and date that worked for me. The repair guy showed up on time and was quickly able to identify the problem and fix it (bad capacitor). Very thankful to have cold air again! He also told me about their maintenance plan but wasn't pushy. Definitely going to be considering the maintenance plan for the future, and I would absolutely book with them again!
