Joe is my life saver! He was my knight in shining armor when I needed him recently. He answered my call on a Sunday afternoon and stayed with me until my loved one was released to him. He was calm and patient and kind and made me feel safe and confident. He explained step by step every part of the process and procedure and what to expect next after each step. I felt confident and very well informed by the time I picked my loved one up!
