Our AC unit stopped working and I called them late Friday afternoon. The technician had it up and cooling by 9:30 on Saturday morning.They showed up promptly and fixed the problem in no time at all. Technician was polite and knowledgeable.
My name is Grady Fike and I would like to say All Weather Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing my system. I did however have an issue with my thermostat....The Service Manager was great with walking me through the necessary steps to rectify my situation.....Big Ups to All Weather and thanks for providing excellent service.
Couldn't be happier with All Weather....technician Ronnie came to check out my unit for winter. I mentioned a possible problem with the A/C. Ronnie found a refrigerant leak and asked if unit was under warranty. My paperwork showed a five year warranty (unit was installed in 2010), but Ronnie thought it might have been extended to 10 years and spent probably 20 minutes on the phone confirming that! I am so grateful he persisted. Thank you again, Ronnie!
