Tyler Whitt did our annual inspection and found areas that needed repair. He provided a professional and fair assessment. The work was completed within 2 weeks! I highly recommend AFS for any foundational repairs. Tyler and other AFS staff provided outstanding customer service!

Will Edwards came out for AFS to our house to check the basement pump. He did a fantastic job doing the maintenance on the pump and explaining what work was needed in our crawl space area to make it better. He made sure we understood everything and answered our questions thoroughly.

Chase came to my house and did the yearly inspection of the encapsulation that was installed several years ago in my crawlspace. Needless to say, the encapsulation is the best money I ever spent.
