My parents have been required to use this company through their home warranty service. They are in their 80s. They’ve now been without AC for 3 weeks in the 90+ degree Alabama weather. They were told the parts would be here on Wednesday (today), and they would come fix it on Friday. Dad called today, and they said “Looks like the part will be here Monday, so we’ll come on Tuesday to fix it.” Absolutely ridiculous. Same story as all these other reviews. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This company came out to my home was very unprofessional. Ordered a $2,500 ACC through my home warranty. Was told my coil had went out. Had a second opinion was told it was not the coil. The guy they sent out kept walking outside, he was on a personal phone call. This company seems like scammers, and they are unprofessional would not recommend them to anyone!

Was sent to this company through my home warranty. They “fixed” my condenser coil on the outside unit, only for my entire AC unit to lose power the day after. They’ve been out to my house almost every week since April and I’m still without any power to my AC unit almost 2 months later. It takes forever to get scheduled and they’re always blaming it on the vendor they’re ordering parts from. The women at the front desk are completely helpless and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.
