I came to the store and paid my bill as usual, I asked one of the workers if he would please give me what my remaining balance was and he told me an amount more than what they had given me the last time, I asked why that balance was and interrupting, one of the workers the big one, said "we don’t give that information, you have to call" I don't mind that he told me that, I was bothered by his lack of professionalism and his rude attitude in which he told me, I know that they give that type of information, that's why it's a "physical store” Besides, they have already given it to me on some occasions before, the very nice and attentive woman has always helped me and...read full review

This company is very ratchet. What loan company you know shows up at your house when you miss a payment and then when told to leave have the audacity to try and get smart then when you give the same energy oh now you feel threatened. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST.

Pushy and aggressive sales tactics are obnoxious. They kept trying to get me to take more than I needed and wouldn’t give me details on payments and rates until going in. Please remove “Easy online experience” from your ads. I went elsewhere. I recommend Regional Finance.
