Tiger Rock Hoover is absolutely awesome! The instructors truly care about each student and it shows in every class. My whole family is involved, and it’s been amazing to see other entire families training together too. The community here is so welcoming and supportive — it’s a great environment for all ages. We’re so glad to be part of it!

My 5 year old son has been attending the Hoover location for about 4 months. He is a transfer, Tiger Cub (ages 4-6) from the Gardendale location. There is a big difference! The studio is much larger with bigger classes. The monthly fee depends on how many days a week you want your child to attend. The instructors are very skilled and stern. Even though classes are large, the instructors have complete control and holds the attention of each student. They are strict on adherence to rules and obedience. My son has attended classes here for 6 years. It has been a great cross training activity that has kept him in shape between baseball seasons. Tiger Rock has prepared him mentally and physically to succeed in other sports.
