Miles Lilley (with Terminix here in Birmingham) gave me, my family, and some of our tenants an important reminder this week. He answered my account questions, provided schedule updates, and he visited one of our tenants and treated the home inside and out. He even did some extra work at the tenant's request to prevent the kind of issues she used to experience back when me and my family tried to handle pest control. Jason is so meticulous. He makes sure all of my issues are addressed before he leaves. He's a great technician. I recently recommended my mom switch to Terminix. Although it's a different technician; it's still great service.

We have had termite service with Terminix for years. Recently during inspection a wood eating fungus was discovered. We spoke to a specialist who did further inspection and gave us our options. We decided on full treatment and installation of an Atmox system. Stephen and Nigel have been to our house no less than 5 times and have done everything they can to make sure everything is taken care of and done right. Drew and Josh have made sure we were aware of what was happening every step of the way. The other guys who came out have been equally dedicated to our satisfaction with the new system and treatment. 10/10 recommend these guys!!
