Dr. Mercer is amazing. She is very proactive and thorough with her exams, and she is up to date on her equipment. It's evident that she shows great compassion toward her patients and cares about their vision. Every time I go for my appointment, Dr. Mercer is working nonstop. However, when she enters the exam room, you have her undivided attention. She takes time and listens to your concerns without you feeling rushed. I have referred two family members and friends to Dr. Mercer and they all value her expertise. Being able to trust your doctor is the most comforting feeling and I completely trust Dr. Mercer.

My wife and I were very impressed with the care and service that was provided at Southlake Optometry. The staff was very professional and Dr. Moores was fantastic. Dr. Moores and her staff were wonderful! I had a severe eye issue that a previous doctor missed, but she caught the issue and got me set up to see a retinal specialist so we could save my vision. If it had not been for her, this might not have been caught in time for helpful treatment.
