Rarely do I leave a review but I had to leave one for others seeking the greatest hair transformation experience. The morning started with a google search for a hair salon and I selected Serenity. Still hesitant since I had been caring for my hair most of my life. I needed a drastic transformational change. I called and was told to come in the same day at 9am. Same day! Then, I met Nichol and Aleah(sp) who greeted me with smiles and kindness. All I can tell you is that they made me feel relaxed and special. They were so kind refreshing and energetic. Nichole and her expertise transformed me to a beautiful new hair style. Thank you for making my day.

Outstanding customer service, and the atmosphere was exceptionally pleasant and the staff worked together. Very nice relaxing music.The only negativity I have is the website says“0” waiting when you have an appointment. I was in the salon for 3 hours, which was a little too long, but the positive out ways that.Great salon and highly recommend,Services: Hair coloring

I got my hair done at Serenity Hair Salon today. The name says it all. I love the music and the atmosphere. I was in and out in no time. Everyone was so nice! I have always gotten my hair done, but can't say I have ever really liked it. But NOT TODAY!!! I love love love my hair. Thank you Nichole! You did an amazing job!!! My hair is light and feathery. Today, I actually feel pretty. I went in with high expectations and I was not disappointed. Check her out. You will not regret it!!Services: Curly hair
