We have taken our pets to BPAC for over a decade now and they have been nothing short of wonderful. Whether it's routine care or something difficult. Recently, Dr Skocelas' recommendation to explore physiotherapy and other options has given our older, bigger dog with hip issues a new lease on life, at a time when we thought he would slowly lose the ability to walk, he's prancing around like a pup again! All without having to do any major surgery.
Everybody here is super-nice. The 3 vets I've dealt with have all been very knowledgeable and compassionate. They really love animals here.1 year later: this is still the best vet place!
They take absolute care of Rufus, our chocolate lab. He had what we thought was an ear infection. They took care of us quickly and prescribed the right medication to do the trick. In 2 days he was happy uppy wuppy puppy once more.
