Bill in service is the most unprofessional srrvice manager I've ever dealt with. Avoid if possible.

Acura has been in our family for 33 years and King Acura started service on our car in 1992 when we moved to town. We have purchased 3 vehicles from this group and had all service performed there. Recently while doing a service on our oldest Acura, it returned with a crack in the windshield. It took the service manager a week to respond to this issue and his response amounted to “so what, too bad and not my issue.” 31 out of our 33 years with this group, so much money spent there and this is how they choose to treat their customers. Highly recommend others find another place to purchase and service their vehicle.

Update - customer service relationship person did send a check to cover our deductible. While it should not have taken so much time to make that happen, we continue to service our Acuras there.
