This was my first time going to this shoe repair and it was outstanding customer service the moment that I walked through the door. The young lady who helped me analyzed the issues with my shoes and was able to help me. I will be returning to this shoe repair shop and will be recommending others to this shoe repair shop.

I called this shop a couple days ago to get a pair of shoes done. Victor talked to me asked me to come in and that he would take care of it. I made it in 2 days later and Victor and his daughter treated me with the most respect I have ever had walking into a business. They should hold a class on customer service because they have that down 100%. Victor and his daughter Marianna even took time out of their day to show me the things there shop do. They are very very professional with what they do and are really good at it. I highly recommend Homewood Shoe Hospital. 10/10 must visit again.

Amazing staff. They do great work at a fair price. They will also give you an honest evaluation of what you're having done. One of the staff members looked at a pair of my shoes, my request, and said, "I can absolutely try to do this for you, but the likelihood is that based on the material, this repair won't hold." They could have just fixed it, charged me, and then said "Oh well!" when the repair failed. But the folks here have a lot of integrity and have a customer for life!
