I have been going here for my nails exclusively since I moved to Birmingham in 2021. They are always great. Today, I came in at around 5:30 with no appointment for a gel mani and regular pedi. I felt guilty coming so late bc I never want to be the reason someone has to stay late for work. I was supposed to get off work early but work in healthcare and ended up having to stay later. I am in a wedding this weekend and was going to be SOL if I didn’t get my nails done today 😭. There was a 30 ish minute wait but of course that’s to be expected w/o an appointment near closing. There was no wait time. However, their pedicures are trash and might I add they charged me $10 extra to remove gel by drill. If I had of known that I would’ve made them soak them with acetone instead of paying $10 to make my nails thinner by drilling. Not pleased at all! Just left an hour ago and still have dead skin on my heel. SMH
