We awoke to our HVAC system being encased in a block of ice. Our warranty company contracted with Fire and Ice Heating and Air. They called us within minutes and came out the same day. Everyone was polite and professional. We got the unit fixed right before a week of 90 degree temps were expected. Will definitely recommend this company.

Louis was courteous, knowledgeable, and completed the job quickly. He also advised about replacing the UV. He did a good job of explaining how UV eliminates conditions for mold and fungus development. He offered to speak with home warranty and set expectations for about two weeks to return and install a UV pacage.Service: HVAC system repair
