We ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place and the extra special professionals that work here!!!!! I met a customer of mine (that lives in Gardendale) here in the parking lot about 3 or 4 years ago (pre pandemic). We had a dentist that we had been going to for years since moving to the area. Although the dental services were good the customer service was NOT! I was tried of receiving poor customer service and contacted my customer/friend and asked if she still made the journey and what her experience was. Well...she RAVED...I mean RAVED about the customer service and how personable and genuinely friendly the staff and Dr. was. So...I gave them a try. I scheduled appointments for my family (husband, self and daughter) and we were blown away during out first visit 6 months ago. Our daughter left her appointment and bragged about how nice they were and how good they made her feel. She said, "I like it here!". That was all I needed to hear! My husband and I felt the exact same way once we were seen! It was truly refreshing! Today, on our second visit, nothing has changed!!! These people are just genuinely good folks and we LOVE it!!! I don't like the dentist (bad experience as a child) but I truly LOVE going here...it's like reconnecting with family and life long friends while getting your smile together 🥰! Try them...you won't be disappointed!
