We didn't have water when we woke up. Called Donald Smith in Headland as we have bought parts from their store before.Heath and Darrin came out right away and got the well working right away! Very friendly staff in the office and wonderful service all around. Affordable and fair!

Tonight, the eve of a MAJOR HOLIDAY, after business hours, our water well pump decided to quit working!!! We called Donald Smith Company, the answering service promptly accepted our call, the lady was very professional & courteous! She dispatched Jared to help us! He discovered the problem and he had it fixed quickly!! From the time we made the call to the completed job was only about an hour and a half!!! Impressive especially on the Fourth of July Holiday!!! Job well done Jared!!!! Thank you!

Oct 13 2021 while at hunting camp started experiencing pump shutting on and off at its leasure, not good. Called a local well co in Blakely GA and kept getting no answer. So I googled local well companies seen reviews on Donald Smith Co. So I gave them a call and to my surprise an actual person answered the phone I told her the problem then I talked to someone else and they sent out Lamar. Can't say enough good about this company very professional. As fate would have it we wound up replacing everything. Being a retired plumberi thought I was the only one with a well stocked truck but Lamar had everything needed to do the job. It was a pleasure to have this company do...read full review
