My wife and I looked all around the Huntsville, Hazel Green, New Market, and Athens area for a pool installer to assist in making our dreams come true for the backyard. We ended up coming back to Professional Pools and Care llc!! Their responsiveness and critical care to detail was what really made our minds up. Most places treated us like more of a number, but not the team at Professional Pools and Care! Dani and Austin both made several trips to the house and texts/emails/phone calls to answer any questions that we came up with before and during the process. Needed a new liner for our aboveground pool. I want to support local businesses so I reached out to Professional Pools and Care. They responded quickly, connected me with the installer to get measurements, and even had the liner in stock. Looking forward to enjoying our renewed pool for years to come, and working with Professional Pools and Care for my pool needs.

Professional pools installed my pool in May of 2022 and had an issue with my pool create in October of 2023. We called Dani and she was able to get her crew out within a day or so to take care of the issue. We were quoted a reasonable price for the work that needed done and we really appreciated how Dani and the team took care of us. Definitely would recommend Professional Pools. Again, thanks for taking care of us.
