We've had Mr. Lockard perform many jobs for us in our new home! Sidewalk placement, flow drains etc. The first thing that stands out is his ability to listen, give feedback and then to come to agreement on the final outcome. He's hard working, knowledgeable, respectful and beyond fair. I've never had to seek estimates from anyone else, as his work is the finest and most affordable!
