My appt. Was at 2pm and Nathan called and was on time . He was very friendly and professional. His knowledge of Appliances was very good and made me feel very comfortable. He showed me the bad Pulley and had one on hand . My washer was fixed in 30 minutes. He is also very affordable also . Great service and would recommend him for sure !!!!

He fixed my OLD KitchenAid front loader washing machine. His first guess about the problem was accurate.
