I selected Mr. Ketchum because of the wonderful reviews I read. He was the only contractor I called and I left him a voice mail 6 days ago, on June 14th. I have yet to hear back, so I have contacted another roofer. I am still giving him 2 stars, instead of one, because there may be a very good reason he hasn't returned my call yet.
