“Excellent & timely service! Had Payne's come out after the Jan 2024 Ice storm to service a Trane heat pump in our out building that the condenser wouldn't run. Harold and crew quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair at a reasonable price. Being that the unit was so old (as well as the unit on the house) Harold gave me options to consider when it comes time to replace them. Excellent suggestions, what to expect, no high pressure.
