My husband and I reached out to Elaine Roberts Drafters & Designers to create custom home plans from a sketch and a list of ideas. Somehow, they were able to take everything we said in our 1st meeting and create exactly what we had in our heads. We are currently interviewing builders and are excited to begin construction. Thanks so much for putting our vision on paper! Excellent work!
The team at Elaine Roberts was simply awesome to work. They listened to my wants and desires along the way, they made adjustments on the fly as requested, they were way more affordable and offered more value in the final package when compared to others. They seem to a smaller team that has a high attention to detail, with this comes time, They are not the fastest but one of the best.One of the best things i loved is the 3-d renderings and video walk arounds of the house.

We reached out to Elaine Roberts Drafters & Designers. We had our initial phone call with Christy Parker from Elaine Roberts Drafters and Designers on 10/24/2022. We discussed our plan and modifications that would need to be made. We were presented with our contract and a scheduled time frame to bring the final drawings and plans to fruition.
