So I had a filling fall out over a weekend. I was in the search for a new dentist, as my old one (of over 10 years) stopped taking my insurance. I called up and talked to Brittany and she was fantastic! I got an appointment for a week out (had no pain) and then a few days later, they called saying they had a cancellation can I come in the next day. Dr. George called me that night personally to ask if I had any questions. I have SEVERE anxiety about the dentist due to wisdom teeth removal. I let Dr George know. He was so easy going about it. Next day I showed up,nervous as all get out, but got back quickly. Staff all the way around was fantastic from the receptionist to the assistant helping me. Always explaining everything so I didn’t freak out. Had to have a root canal. They must have known if I left it would probably never get done. So they worked me in to have it all done right then. Explaining everything and being as easy going and flexible as possible knowing I HATE the dentist. No pain after and was back at work by lunch. Next day I missed a call I’m sure from the doctor checking in. THEN the day after I get a letter in the mail from them with a hand written note from Dr George telling me how well I did and how glad he was I was a patient. 11/10 recommend. Will be back and will also be moving my family’s dental needs here as well. Glad to know they aren’t all the same.
I was not a patient at the time, I had a terrible toothache from a crown that came off. I called and the next morning they worked me in. I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist. Jae Patterson and Dr. Baker were awesome. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I decided at that appointment this was the dental office I was going to use. They gave me a full evaluation and the office worked with me on a dental plan. I highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Baker. I now feel confident and at ease coming to my dental visits.
