My wife and I visited for a spa day! It was amazing. The facility is beautiful, all the ladies were awesome, and the treatments were top notch. We did sauna, massage, mud mask, mineral soak, and halo therapy.
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience from start to finish with this amazing spa. I contacted them months ago to schedule a surprise birthday spa day for a dear friend of mine, and 5 other ladies. From the first email to checking into Unit 2, they have been so very helpful, and accommodating. We scheduled spa packages for 6 ladies which is no easy feat to coordinate and be done all together, including lunch. We experienced all of the offered services between our group, and everything was amazing. The atmosphere, the staff, the ambiance, the services, and the cute rental, it was a perfect weekend. FIVE STARS! We will definitely be back.
We can’t say enough good things about The Soak House! 100% recommended booking a visit here! My husband and I came here for a relaxing spa day on a trip to Guntersville. We booked the “couples package” and it was incredible! Tiffany went above and beyond to show us kindness. If you are in Guntersville, make sure you visit this incredible spot!
