I appreciate everything Sam and his team accomplished in building my house, and would recommend North Alabama Construction Specialist to anyone who asked. Building a house is never completely smooth and without mistakes and hiccups—there is no such thing as “perfection.” (If you don’t know this fact before entering into a construction project, you’ve obviously never built before, so let me be the one to break it to you.) That being said, they delivered on some ambitious architectural and construction details that I knew were a lot to ask in modern building. Sam is a good listener and quick to understand any issues you may have—and wants to make your ideas come to life. He knows craftsmen/subs who are skilled to do just about anything you’d like to see happen. We worked together for over a year building my house. I trust his opinion and advice. One of the things I appreciated most about Sam is that he recognizes and points out issues that I didn’t even notice. That’s what you want in your builder.
