I was satisfied with the services that I received. Highlights and reshaped the cut.The staff were friendly and helpful.The salon was organized and clean.I didn't agree with the prices, too expensive and was charged for an extra dish of bleach, I've never been charged extra....I wasn't happy with the charge.The tech was very quiet but I did try to make conversations with her...ughI felt that the tech forgot that I was under the dryer and I had to ask someone else that was walking by me...not cool!The wash and rinse of my hair was rushed and the tech was not gentle and water ran down my back...ughI'm not picky but I do have expectations!

I had been searching for a hairstylist and salon for years since moving to the Albertville area. I had been very disappointed with the ones I had visited. I finally had the courage to call Head Shapers. I needed a cut so bad. I’m so glad I did. My stylist was Emmilee Smith. She listened to and understood all of my concerns. She made me feel special. I have found my stylist and my salon. Thank you so much, Emmilee. I Love my hair!Services: Haircut

I was just visiting Alabama and had a hair disaster they fit me in and Shelia, Annette and all the ladies were awesome. Made me feel like I was an old friend. Shelia got my hair color and cut /style just as I wanted. High recommended.
