Dorothy and staff do an awesome job managing Iberville Square POA and I should mention at a reasonable cost! They are always available when needed and their monthly reports to our board members are always on time. If you're looking for a company to manage your POA/HOA or other properties you should give then a call.
I just wanted to say that I have called St. Johns on three separate occasions regarding our HOA and different things and Dorothy answered the phone once or someone called me back within the day and handled my questions. They have actually helped me solve a couple issues. I spoke with Elana today when she called me back and was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Thanks.
