I have a little yorkie who is very anxious but is handled with care there. She is perfectly fine when I pick her up and you can also watch how the pups are being treated though a window. They are not crated unless you request but also they text you immediately after they are done. I have been very pleased with this service.
The groomer is fantastic with our sweet boy. The people there are kind, thoughtful and understand how precious he is to us!
