“Emerald Coast has cleaned rugs, tile/grout, and upholstery for me on several occasions. They helped us locate a leak in the wall even cutting the sheetrock so the plumber could make repairs. But recently one of the units in our condo complex flooded sending water in 3 of the stacks from the 12th floor down. Upon arrival they sprang into action getting up water. Inspecting, and setting up fans and dehumidifiers. They continue to check each unit daily. I was so impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic. I am grateful for their assurance that they had everything under control and for me not to worry. I have no doubt that they are doing everything possible to give me a great outcome.
