Lisa is top notch! She is so thorough with everything she inspects. She explains clearly and in detail what she reports as damage. We loved her so much the first time, we used her again on the second house we attempted to buy! Shes diligent, prompt and thorough, what else do you need in a house inspector?

Lisa Remmolo is amazing. My wife and I have used home inspectors on several prior occasions on various properties. None of them, though wholly satisfactory at the time, came anywhere close to the thoroughness, analytical powers and ability to communicate problems clearly with practical solutions. As a wonderful bonus, she is a genuinely nice person who clearly wants to provide real value to the client. I’d give her and her partner, Sam, who handles the office, 6 stars if I could.
